Road Rage: These Infuriating Behaviors Tick Us Off Most
Fri May 15, 2015
Drive defensively and assume that the other guy is an idiot. Many times you'll be right. Also people, please put on your headlights at dusk and in bad weather. This is one of the biggest infractions I see on the road today.
Jeb Bush Now Says 'I Would Not Have Gone Into Iraq'
Thu May 14, 2015
My goodness, the GOP still doesn't get it. I saw Rubio on Fox News today spouting the line that Bush was misled into Iraq by faulty intelligence. The same line that Jeb Bush has been spouting. Total BS! The intelligece on WMD was shaky at best and the inspectors could find no credible evidence of WM …
OpEd: Why We Don't Care about Tom Brady's Deflated Balls
Sun May 10, 2015
I saw the Brady "interview" which never asked the tough question. I hope Goodell nails his smug arrogant butt with a 1 year suspension.
Tesla's Powerwall Leads the Charge for Self-Powered Homes
Fri May 1, 2015
What I didn't read in this article was any mention of a cooling system for the Powerwall. If it doesn't have one, it could be a fire hazard in your home.
Freddie Gray Death: These Are the Charges 6 Baltimore Officers Face
Fri May 1, 2015
I think that all the policemen were over charged as a way to quell the riots in the black community. For sure, the 2nd degree murder charge won't stand because you have to prove intent, that the officer intended to kill Grey. Good luck with that. The assault charges are a big stretch also.

In reply to: Charlie-1915998 #1.3 I always thought that great financial planning was going out with what you come in with. Leaving a pile of money on the table when you croak - I would consider that poor financial planning. I've told my kids not to expect a big inheritance, just a house t …
Texas A&M Galveston Professor Irwin Horwitz Flunks His Entire Class
Tue Apr 28, 2015
In reply to: mindstorms #21 I have some sympathy for Mr. Horowitz but he needed to handle this situation differently. He needed to go to his superiors early on when he saw the problems with the maturity level of his class and have one of them sit in on some of the classes he was teaching. If t …

Rep. Chaffetz Says Gyrocopter Pilot Doug Hughes Should Have Been Shot Down
Wed Apr 22, 2015
What if Hughes had a suicide vest on or had an explosive device with him? Would you think it was a harmless stunt then? You said he announced his intentions ahead of time. So what? That could have just been a cover for evil intentions. Chaffetz has a point. It's a heck of a security lapse.
Oklahoma Man Eric Harris Fatally Shot by Deputy Who Meant to Fire Taser
Sun Apr 12, 2015
If you live a life of crime, it eventually catches up to you. I'm sure the officer did not mean to shoot the man but. at 73, perhaps he should be retired
