NATO Summit: Obama Faces Crossroads in Fight Against ISIS
Mon Sep 1, 2014
I want Obama to take his time and make the best decision possible. We have an interim strategy in place now that includes air strikes on targets in Iraq to support ground forces that are pushing back ISIS. That will do for the short term but a larger strategy is required and we need to enlist help f …
Should President Obama Have Said There's No Strategy Yet Against ISIS?
Fri Aug 29, 2014
What Obama should have said is that we are working on a strategy in conjunction with our allies to defeat ISIS. This gives a more positive spin on the situation. The "we have no strategy yet" remark is one I'm sure that Obama would like to take back. While factually correct, it gives the wrong impre …
Texas Dad David Barajas Acquitted of Murdering Man Who Killed Sons
Wed Aug 27, 2014
Two wrongs don't make a right. What Barajas did was wrong, pure and simple. Those Texas jurors just did not want to see it and were looking for an excuse to let him go. Now Barajas has not only lost 2 sons, he's also murdered a man. I would find that hard to live with and I think Barajas will too.
'Crying for Justice': Thousands Mourn Michael Brown at Funeral
Mon Aug 25, 2014
I'm disgusted that people would choose to honor Mike Brown. Brown was a criminal who stole, assaulted a store keeper, assaulted a cop. He was shot and the details are still under investigation but bad things tend to happen to people who assault cops. He had no respect for authority. It's too bad but …
What Are Obama's Options for Stomping Out ISIS in Iraq and Syria?
Sat Aug 23, 2014
If ISIS thought that they could intimidate us with the beheading of an American journalist, they have seriously miscalculated. This mistake will cost them dearly. We will take out their "army" piece by piece from the air in both Syria and Iraq, we will cut off their funding, we will hunt down a …
Why Is Britain a Breeding Ground for ISIS Terrorists?
Fri Aug 22, 2014
European countries need to grow a spine and join the US in fighting the ISIS terrorists and stop paying ransoms for their captured people. Paying ransoms to these thugs is an act of political cowardice. As long as Europe continue to be timid, they will be breeding grounds for islamic radicals.
Ferguson Cleans Up After Another Night of Chaos

In reply to: Microbrew #18.3 Just curious. How do you know that's what happened? I don't think there have been any published accounts that go into that much detail.
Gov. Nixon 'Deeply' Disagreed With Release of Surveillance Video
Sun Aug 17, 2014
In reply to: Govt Slave #7.3 I think MB was walking down the middle of the street, the police officer tried to get him out of the road, a fight ensued, and MB was shot. What the details are is murky. I don't believe his buddy for a minute about the details. Unfortunately, when you are a criminal, ba …
Michael Brown Killing: Police in Ferguson Fire Tear Gas Amid Looting
Sat Aug 16, 2014
What a strange story this is turning out to be. The video shows MB assaulting a small asian shopkeeper after being confronted about stealing merchandise. Then he was walking down the middle of the street?? I wonder if he wasn't on someting. After that the story gets murky but it's not hard to imagin …
Robin Williams Didn't Have Financial Trouble: Publicist
Wed Aug 13, 2014
In reply to: Akane' Tendo #3 It's very difficult to help an alcoholic who doesn't want help. Being the spouse of an alcoholic is a painful journey in it's self and it so often ends in divorce. Most monied people though have prenups to protect their money. Hopefully he was smart enough to have prenup …
